The Company will maintain a safe, healthy and hygienic environment for all personnel.

2. PURPOSE 目的
To provide a detailed list of all actions to be taken to ensure that good houkeeping is undertaken in the Branch.

This procedure applies to all divisions within Hagemeyer Commerce and Trade (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES  工作职责
Responsibility for review and update of this procedure on an annual basis lies with the General Manager.

6. HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS PROCEDURE  内勤标准程序
6.1 Building Exterior建筑外部
All signage and logos will be a current and approved version.
所有标牌和标识都应保持为现行的且被授权的版本。
External signage is to be floodlit at night where appropriate.
外部标牌于夜间适当照亮。
Windows and doors are to be clean at all times and any signage ud on them to
be current and approved and not faded.

All walls and windows are to be clean of spiders, cobwebs.

All customer car parks will be labelled.

Car parks, paved areas and nature strips to be well kept and free of weeds and
rubbish.

Gardens are to be maintenance free and always free of weeds and rubbish.

Rubbish bins will be kept in a non-conspicuous location where possible and

Company and supplier vehicles must not be parked in customer spaces.

6.2 Team Prentation团队工作描述
Company uniforms are to be worn (where appropriate) at all times during
working hours and after hours when attending company functions. Clothing
other than uniforms to be appropriate to the team member’s role.
无论在工作时间内或工作时间外出席公司其他活动时,都应穿着公司制服。
All team members will be wearing their correct name tags during working hours
and after hours when attending official Company functions.

6.3 Reception and Office接待处和办公室
R eception is to be clean and clear of all articles except the computers, current
Company magazines and promotional items where applicable.

E nsure excellent lighting in branches (1000 lux minimum with colour 86 globes
where appropriate).

A ll shelves and products are to be dust free. The cleaning must happen at least
once every day and, before vacating premis at night.

A ll shelves to be kept full where appropriate, with products to be “faced” up
continually. All promotional displays and bulk stocks to be in accordance with the merchandising bulletins.

W here possible, all stock items will be coded.  Where it is not possible to code some stock items, the outer shipper, bin box or shelf will be coded.

F iling system for all documents is to be easily accessible and tidy.

A ll relevant documentation (where applicable) is to identify goods, to be kept
with goods.

S torage area will be parate from stock display areas.
存储区应与存货展示区相分离。
S torage area will be enclod (where possible), kept tidy and if not enclod out of view from customers, if possible.

6.9Windows and Glass Partitions 窗户和玻璃间隔
All windows and glass partitions are to be clean and clear of spiders and cobwebs, inappropriate and/or offensive posters.
所有的窗户和玻璃隔段要保持干净,避免蜘蛛、蛛网的出现,不可张贴不合时宜的及攻击性的海报。
6.10 Walls  墙壁
No unauthorid and/or offensive signage or posters are to be displayed.
禁止张贴未被允许及攻击性的图像或标示。
All Company posters and signage are to be the correct and current version.
公司所有贴出的海报和标示须保持是正确的及现行的版本。
All walls to be clear of spiders and cobwebs.
所有的墙壁须彻底清扫蜘蛛及蜘蛛网。
6.11 Lunch Rooms 午餐室
All floors, tables, benches, cups, tea towels, cutlery, fridges, coffee machines, ovens, microwaves are to be kept clean and tidy at all times.

Empty fridge of stale food and defrost regularly as required.

All tea and coffee making ingredients and utensils are to be available at all times.

All food items to be stored in appropriate containers.

6.12 Toilets and Washrooms    洗手间
Clean towels will be available.
