当有关物质溢漏后手采取的步骤：
When the liquids over-flow, the following measures should be taken:
1.禁止无关人员进入溢漏场所
Irrelevant people is not allowed to enter the area;
2.大量的物质溢漏后应收集弃置,小量物质溢漏时,用抹布擦,或将其中冲入下水道(如果当地法规允许)
