摘要：PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation of an ultrasonic motor driver by driving a piezoelectric unit by a driving voltage periodically swept in its driving frequency from high to low values. CONSTITUTION:In an ultrasonic motor driver, the output of a sawtooth wave generator 1 is input to the control terminal of a voltage control oscillator 2, which sweeps an output frequency from high to low values according to a control voltage. The output of the oscillator 2 is split, one is pha-shifted at 90 deg. by a pha shifter 3 to be input to a power amplifier 4, and the other drives a vibrator 6 of an ultrasonic motor through a power amplifier 5 as it is. Thus, even if a temperature and a load are varied, a stable low speed operation can be always performed.
