It is commonly believed that the earlier a child learns a foreign language, the better he or she will learn. It is said in England that if one child is in touch with more than two language signals in nine-month-old, the child will remember the signals which will be helpful in the further language learning. Therefore, to learn English early is effective. But English education at home ignores two important aspects: children’s interest and cognitive disciplines.
