[0]这篇赔礼信比较短，不知道日常生活中的赔礼信是否也这么短。或许是由于对方原来就可能比较生气了，再发一篇长篇大论可能对方也不想看，对方其实就像知道问题怎么解决，后果谁担当。因此这篇邮件的规律基本也是根据这一挨次。
[1]开头赔礼。[2]然后可能会叙述问题缘由，或者将解决方案先讲完，再解释缘由(假如比较长)。
[3]解决方法，越细越好，落实到人头和时间。这里用的.shortly，或许发完邮件当天就会着手处理，但假如解决的时间比较长一些，或许应写明大约需要多少时间。
