索 赔 函

XX年XX月，贵司A通过我司要求的化学测试之后，我司正式开始导入XXX玩游戏挣钱。同时，贵司也应我司要求出具正式保函，确认在大货时绝对不会更换XX和更换男士大衣搭配XX配方，以严格确保我司该批次产品相关质量要求。
而至XX月下旬，我司在大货前却发现贵司供应的A牌号已更换为B，并非此前通过测试的A。为此，我方提出质疑，而贵司仍坚称只是型号名称调整，B产品实质并未改变。在将此调整型号的B再次送检测试后，发现该B不符合我司的化学要求。
鉴于贵司此次严重违约行为，造成我司不得已以不符合要求的B完成大货，致使我司在该批次产品的销售、售后服务及后续生产等各环节均受到严重影响，产生一系列的不良后果。
为此，我司正式向贵司提出索赔，具体如下：

In May, 2014, the xxxxxxx was pasd the xxx chemical test, since then we built up the cooperation with xxxx co. officially. At the same time, according to 我司’s requirement ,yo
ur company issued the formal guarantee letter, to confirm that during the mass production for 我司, you will never change xxxx .
But in October, we found xxx brand was changed to 0000 by you side without informing 我司.
We questioned your company about this issue , you insisted that you changed the xx name only , didn’t change the xx material .
我司 tested the xxx again in November, and we found the oooooooo which are not conform to 我司’s requirement ,and the test results are higher than the May’s test also A. and B体能训练教案 are totally two different kinds .
