摘要：PURPOSE:To perform exactly the centering of mold and tire and improve the quality of tire, by providing a bead extending gment extending and shrinking in the radial direction and a bead pushing gment moving vertically along said bead extension gment and pushing mechanically the upper and lower bead parts of the tire respectively into the upper and lower mold bead rings. CONSTITUTION:A green tire 7 is pushed in between a lower mold 5 and an upper mold 4 by an out gripping loader 6. A chuck mechanism 10 descends by means of a going up and down cylinder (b), a bead extending gment (k) extends to grip the tire 7, and the out gripping loader 6 moves back outward. When the upper mold 4 descends, the lower bead part of the green tire 7 reaches the bead ring position of the lower mold 5 and the upper bead part reaches the bead ring position of the upper mold 4, a bead pushing gment (j) pushed exactly the bead part of the green tire into the bead ring of the mold 4, 5. Then, the bead extending gment (k) shrinks, the chuck mechanism 10 is raid and put into a push-in cylinder (a). In such a manner the quality of finished tire is improved.
