2. 我能否直接把LED灯安装在我原来的卤素灯（halogen globe）的灯座（holder/socket）上?变压器（Transformer）能否通用？

Can the transformer be functional?
A:可以直接安装在原来卤素灯的灯座上，灯座都是通用的，更换LED灯不需要更换灯座。更换时请检查原来变压器的输出电压，如GU10的输出为AC240V 、MR16的输出为AC/DC12V的，可以直接替换。如MR16原来的电压为24V的，需要更换电源。
A:Yes, the lamp holder is available and it does not need to change lamp holder when changing LED light. Plea check the output voltage of the original transformer before replacing. If the output of GU10 is AC240V and MR16 is AC/DC12V, then replacement can be carried out. If the original voltage of MR16 is 24V, the power source should be replaced.
3. LED灯泡如何安装？
Q: How to install LED bulb?
A:在确认电压正确后（GU10 240V、MR16 12V），直接将原来灯泡取下，更换上相应灯头的LED灯即可。
A:One should make sure the right voltage(GU10 240V、MR16 12V）, then take down the original bulb and replace the related LED light.
4. 你们的灯泡实际测出来的瓦数没有达到标记的瓦数，是怎么回事？
Q: How could the measured wattage for the bulbs not reach the marked wattage?
A:我们平时说的功率是一个参数。跟流明值(Lumen)一样。是为了跟我们之前使用的灯泡来比较，6W的LED灯替代 35-40W传统卤素灯；8W的替代 45-50W；9W的替代 45-50W；12W的替代 60W-65W。最重要的参数是流明值。相同功率和流明值的情况下，实际消耗功率越小，代表LED灯的质量越好。因为实际消耗功率决定了LED的发热量。发热量高的话会影响使用寿命。

5. 你们的LED灯可以调光(dim)吗？什么类型的调光器（Dimmer）可以用？
Q:
A:目前我们的LED灯基本兼容市面上所有普通的调光器，如PWM硇砂的功效与作用调光器、可控硅调光器。上升沿（rising edge）和下降沿(failling edge)的都也可用。MR16的也可以使用一般借款0-10V调光器。
6.灯泡角度60度是个什么概念，如何测量，你们有更大角度的吗？
A:60度是指光线(beam)散发的角度。可将灯平卧在一个平面上，然后开灯，这样就很容易测出其角度了，仅凭肉眼观测是不准确的。角度越小灯光越聚光，角度越大灯光越散发，
射灯的角度通常为30°，45°，60°，90°，120°。但主流的是60度。目前我们店内也都是60度的。
7.为什么安装上的LED灯不亮？
郭姓的来源A：首先请先检查线路使用的电压是否为这个LED灯工作所需要的电压（GU10 240V、MR16 12V），如电压正确请检查灯座的线路是否通电，接触是否良好，如安装调光器，请检查调光器是否正常工作，是否已经调到亮灯的档位。如不行请更变别的灯泡或者将整个LED灯更换到别的电路，确认这个LED灯是否好的。
8.为什么我的灯泡在调光时会有闪烁的情况？
A:调光闪烁应为调光器的问题，建议检查调光器是否已经老化，或者兼容性不好，建议更换优质的PWM/可控硅调光器。
9.你们的质保如何，LED灯出了问题该如何解决？

10.LED灯是否需要保养，如何保养？
