安全生产&风险管理生产责任书

为确保酒店的消防及安全生产工作顺利开展，保障酒店、宾客和员工的人 身及财产安全，保证酒店不发生重大治安案件、重大火险隐患及事故，酒店各部 门要认真贯彻“预防为主，防消结合” ，“谁主管、谁负责”的消防安全工作原则。 保安部根据以上原则， 结合酒店各部门的具体情况， 制定了各部门消防安全生产 防范措施(规定)，以彻底消除各种隐患。为加强消防安全管理工作的落实，酒 店总经理代表酒店消防委员会、 安全生产委员会与您部门签订消防、 安全生产责 任书。责任书一式两份，由签字双方各执一份，自签订之日起生效。

一、治安及消防安全目标
1. Sign the letter of responsibility with each department of hotel. 与酒店所有部门签订治安及消防安全生产责任书。
2. No murder, robbery and etc rious criminal cas and interior criminal. 不发生凶杀、抢劫等恶性刑事案件及内部责任制刑事案件。
3. No fire and other rious law and public accidents. 不发生火灾和其它重大治安灾害事故。
4. No tho staff undergoing education through labor and求是精神 criminal punishment.
无受劳动教养及刑事处罚的员工。
5. No rious law and public accidents due to internal responsibility. 不发生因内部责任导致的重大治安案件。
Remarks: It will be sternly dealt with if you conceal cas or law-breakers and do not rep
ort.
注：对发生案件或者有违法犯罪人员隐瞒不报的，将严肃处理。
II. Responsibility of public curity and fire safety
二、治安及消防保卫责任：
