摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the impact of a u rate form being generated to a radio access control channel by making a rvice tone or announcement showing abnce to a caller without transmitting a call signal to the radio call control channel even when an incoming call is generated to a car telephone subscriber under registration. CONSTITUTION:When the car telephone subscriber is parated from a car and abnt in the car, an abnce signal is transmitted to a car telephone exchange 16 in advance so that abnt subscriber data 19 can be registered to a memory device 20 in the car telephone exchange 16 and controlled. Therefore, even when the incoming call is generated to the abnt car telephone subscriber, the call signal is not transmitted to the radio call control channel but the rvice tone or announcement can be made to the caller so as to show the abnce. Thus, the radio call control channel can efficiently be ud.
