There is no such thing as racial superiority or inherent cultural rightness. Physical birth into the human race offers no positional or spiritual advantage over other peoples during this prent age. Peoples born into families living in materialistic economic zones enjoy the benefits supplied, but no spiritual advantages are gained by such.

Japheth and Shem covered their father's nakedness. Whether or not this is a harbinger of “things to come,” both Shem’s and Japheth’s descendents generally developed a more strict outward code of dress and xual standards than Ham’s descendents. Of cour the Jews had direct revelation from God in the Old Testament which did reveal definite dress and moral codes. Japheth’s descendants while having an outward “formal” and “proper” morality, developed and accepted a disgusting permissive morality in privacy. The prophecy demands that Japheth will be “on the move” and greatly increa in number. This means that science, transportation and communication will be invented and highly developed by Japheth. “Dwell in the tents of Shem” could be a prophecy of the Gentiles coming into the spiritual blessings of Shem through Jesus Christ. This does not mean that the descendants of Shem are the examples of spiritual fidelity but that eventually, by the grace of God, He will bring about blessings through Shem in spite of Shem’s persistent disobedience. Canaan’s descendents will have to depend upon Japheth for their technology. This does not mean Canaan is inferior as to character. The great “achievements”boasted about by the European culture is actually the key to the Antichrist’s ri and world stage. We may wonder if the “telephone” was a great invention after all! The advanced technology of Japheth is what eventually leads to a one-world government under the Antichrist.
