结果:首先展示了本研究中患者人口学特征的基本情况以及肺结节的患病率;通过多因素分析,发现年龄、性别、吸烟史等因素与肺结节的患病率有显著相关性;另外,通过分析患者肺结节的形态和分布情况,可以预测患者患恶性肺结节的风险;

Abstract: Background: Pulmonary nodule is a common imaging manifestation, but the incidence and morbidity
of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules have always been the focus of medical attention. This article aims to explore the incidence of pulmonary nodules and its risk factors in recent years in healthy physical examination groups.
Methods: This study collects data from 69957 patients who underwent lung CT examination at a local health examination center, statistics and analys their demographic characteristics, tumor history, smoking history, family history and other basic situations. At the same time, the number, size, distribution, and morphology of pulmonary nodules are analyzed in detail, and the incidence of malignant pulmonary nodules in patients is statistically by further follow-up. Results: Firstly, the basic situation of the demographic characteristics of patients and the incidence of pulmonary nodules in this study were displayed; through multi-factor analysis, it was found that factors such as age, gende
r, smoking history were significantly correlated with the incidence of pulmonary nodules. Also, by analyzing the shape and distribution of pulmonary nodules, it is possible to predict the risk of patients with malignant pulmonary nodules; especially for patients who have undergone chest incision or a pulmonary nodule puncture, screening for lung cancer is recommended.
Conclusion: This study analyzes the incidence of
pulmonary nodules and risk factors in healthy physical examination groups, which is of reference value for screening lung cancer and preventing benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.

In recent years, there has been an increa in the incidence of pulmonary nodules, with malignant pulmonary nodules being a major concern. As a part of routine physical examination, it is important to screen for the prence of pulmonary nodules in patients. In this study, we have analyzed the incidence and risk factors associated with pulmonary nodules in healthy physical examination groups.
Our study shows that the incidence of pulmonary nodules is relatively high in healthy physical examination groups. This reiterates the importance of screening for pulmonary nodules during routine physical examinations. We found that age, smoking, and exposure to environmental pollutants are significant risk factors associated with the development of pulmonary nodules. Patients with a history of chest incision or pulmonary nodule puncture are also at a higher risk of developing pulmonary nodules.
瘦的英文The early detection of pulmonary nodules and timely intervention are crucial in the prevention of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. Annual screening for pulmonary nodules is recommended for patients who are at high risk of developing malignant pulmonary nodules. Patients with a history of smoking or a family history of lung cancer should be screened regularly for pulmonary nodules. It is also important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to avoid smoking and exposure to environmental pollutants.

In conclusion, screening for pulmonary nodules during routine physical examination is important for the
early detection and intervention of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. Our study sheds light o
n the incidence and risk factors associated with pulmonary nodules in healthy physical examination groups, which can be ud as a reference for the prevention and management of pulmonary nodules
Additionally, it is important to emphasize the role of a healthy lifestyle in reducing the risk of developing pulmonary nodules. Engaging in regular physical
activity and maintaining a balanced diet not only improve overall health but also promote lung health. Avoiding smoking and exposure to environmental
pollutants such as condhand smoke, air pollution, and occupational hazards also plays a critical role in decreasing the incidence of pulmonary nodules and other lung dias.
Furthermore, accurate diagnosis and management of pulmonary nodules depend on effective communication and collaboration between patients, primary care physicians, and specialists such as pulmonologists and oncologists. Patients should be informed about the importance of regular physical examinations and screening tests, as well as the potential risks and benefits of different diagnostic and treatment approaches.

hy (CT) scans, positron emission tomography (PET) scans, and bronchoscopy may be necessary to determine the nature of the nodule and to guide management decisions. Treatment options for pulmonary nodules vary depending on factors such as size, location, and histology, but may include obrvation, surgery, radiation therapy, or chemotherapy.
In summary, screening for pulmonary nodules during routine physical examination can facilitate early
