Hunan University of Finance and Economics Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy, the market competition is becoming more and more vere, which is also an opportunity and challenge for enterpris. In the process of enterpri development, the promotion of economic benefits is crucial for the development of enterpris in the highly competitive so-cial market and is a powerful embodiment of the improvement of their comprehen-sive competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the promotion of enter-pri economic benefits. Human resource management is a kind of resource form in enterpris. The effective implementation of this work can give full play to its own role and provide strong support for the improvement of economic benefits of en-terpris. Therefore, corresponding analysis should be made on the implementation of human resource management. This paper takes human resources as the rearch object, first analyzes the impact of this work on enterpri performance, and then discuss the difficulties of carrying out this work and the corresponding optimiza-tion strategies.
