卫生纸摘要：PURPOSE:To make it possible to continue a reliability test without interrupting the same, by applying a constant current to a plurality of electronic parts connected in ries and shortcircuiting the circuits of the disconnected parts at the time of disconnection. CONSTITUTION:When one of electronic parts is disconnected, no circuit current I flows and voltages at both terminals of a current monitoring resistor 3 come to zero and the output of a comparator 13 changes and disconnection time is recorded on an X-T recorder 8. Further, the voltage of a power source 9 is applied to the input terminal of the comparator connected to disconnected electronic parts 1 to be tested in parallel but no voltage is generated at the input terminal of the comparator connected to parts not disconnected in parallel. As a result, the disconnected electronic parts to be tested are found out automatically and only the relay connected to said parts in parallel is shortcircuited and the test is continued without bringing about the interruption of the test.
