目的 建立艾克热布蜜膏中胡椒碱溶出度的测定方法,考察蜜膏与散剂中胡椒碱的溶出度情况。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,色谱条件为Fusion-RP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,4 μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65草儿∶数字035),检测波长为343 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min;以胡椒碱累积溶出率为考察指标,筛选溶出度测定条件,计算胡椒碱的累积溶出率。 结果 溶出度测定条件为桨法,转速100 r/min,以纯水为溶出介质。蜜膏剂中胡椒碱在60 min时溶出达90%,120 min时几乎全部溶出。散剂中胡椒碱在60 min时溶出60%,120 min时溶出90%。 结论 散剂中胡椒碱较蜜膏剂溶出度速度快。

Results The determination conditions of dissolution included paddle method with the rotating speed of 100 r/min and water as dissolution medium. 80% piperine in majun was dissolved in 60 min, and 100% was dissolved in 120 min. 60% piperine in powders was dissolved in 60 min, and 90% was dissolved in 120 min. Conclusion The piperine in powders dissolves faster than in Majun.
