摘要：Looks at the u of turnover rents as a solution for both retailers and developers in the light of the current retail market to consider whether turnover rents will become more widely adopted. Examines turnover rent from the retailers′viewpoint and the developers′ viewpoint, as well as the marketing of schemes. Concludes that although there are some negative aspects to turnover rent, they reprent a move towards common interest between retailers and developers.
