Licen Agreement
If you, the licene, have purchad a licen to u the Earth Centered Univer Pro (ECU) (the “Software”), or upgraded from a previous version of the Software, by nding Nova Astronomics the appropriate fee or by purchasing from a retailer, and you are in posssion of a registration number and licen key, you are granted a non-exclusive licen to install and u one copy of the Software on one computer for u by any one person at a time. You are additionally permitted to install and u the Software on a cond computer, provided this cond computer is owned by the licene or ud exclusively by the licene (for example, a notebook computer ud in the field or a computer ud at your place of work), and there is no possibility of the Software being ud on both computers at the same time.

If ud on a network, provisions must be made to restrict its simultaneous u to the number of licens purchad or to abide by the terms of a parate site licen agreement or certificate. Reasonable backup copies are permitted. The transfer of this licen may be made at any time by notifying Nova Astronomics.

Limited Warranty
This software and manual are distributed and licend on an “as is” basis. Defective media will be replaced free-of-charge for a period of ninety (90) days from the date that you received the software. Should you encounter problems with the software, Nova Astronomics’ entire liability shall be, at the sole option of Nova Astronomics, either (a) to terminate the licen and return any licen fees that you paid to Nova Astronomics for the software, or (b) repair or replace the software. Nova Astronomics makes no claims as to the suitability of this software for any specific u.
