摘要：PURPOSE:To bond without warping on a curved face ction of a frame and prevent cracks from being generated at the time of bending by cutting a plurality of parallel linear channels on the inner curved face of a rubber sheet for wedging bonded on the outer face of the frame, forming the ction shape of said channels almost trapezoid and also forming corner ctions of in the channels the curved faces. CONSTITUTION:A wedge 12 consists of a rubber sheet 14 on which a channel 15 cut as a cushioning material bonded with an outer face 13a of a steel frame 13, and the ction shape of the channel 15 is almost trapezoid and a corner ction 15a in the channel 15 forms a curved face having a slightly curved radius R. The channels 15 are cut in a plurality of linear forms in parallel at the equal interval P in the positions in conformity with the curved ctions 13b of the frame 13 on the inner curved side l4a of the rubber sheet 14. The rubber sheet 14 is bonded with the frame 13 so that a plurality of channels 15 in parallel follow the curved ctions 13a of the frame 13 to be easily bent. Also, the curved ctions and bottom side ctions 15c are formed in one corner ction 15a of the channel 15 to disper stress at the time of bending and eliminate the generation of cracks.
