Preparation Method of pH-Sensitive Polyacrylamide Hydrogel
Polyacrylamide hydrogel is a versatile material that has many applications in biomedical engineering, drug delivery, and tissue engineering. In this study, we prent a method for preparing pH-nsitive polyacrylamide hydrogel using a crosslinker and a pH-responsive monomer.
Materials:
- Acrylamide (AAm)

Method:
1. Preparation of monomer solution: Dissolve APMA in deionized water (DI water) at a concentration of 1 M.
2. Preparation of crosslinker solution: Dissolve MBAA in DI water at a concentration of 1% (w/v).
