——10年后的我写给儿子的诗 亲爱的儿子：
有人说：二十岁时要当六十岁那样活，这样才会知道，自己的精力是如此的有限，年华
是如此的易逝；才会知道，钢要用在刀刃上的道理；才会知道，游戏电玩是多么奢侈荒唐的事情。当你在六十岁时，你会否想今生无悔？你会否曾经想努力挽回一些遗憾，但结果是你没有坚持而失败？你会否想争分夺秒，拒绝平庸，活出属于自己的那份精彩，但却不曾做
到.....？时空交错姑且说他是不可能之事，但偏偏却能带给我们无限的深
思....。所以老爸回到了10年以后，写了这首诗给你，希望与你一同分享这时空交错的不是回忆的回忆。
记得那天，冷雨纷飞，妈妈知你远足游园，给你送去了衣物食物，我以为你会轻轻说声
谢谢......
但是你没有！
记得那天，你出门上学，妈妈知道天气转凉，告知你注意身体，我以为你会知道健康是
1后面是0的道理...... 但是你没有！
记得那天，爸爸给你检查数学，你十错其七，指正后告诉你今后一定要注意，我以为你
会明白“细节决定成败〞的道理.......
但是你没有！ 记得那天，爸爸给你讲了5个故事，《鱼竿》告诉了你聪明的人想问题
要“更进一步〞，不但要拿鱼竿，还要拿钓鱼的技术，更要熟练这项技
术；《蜗牛》告诉了你不靠天不靠地靠自己的独立奋斗精神；《鲨鱼》
告诉了你挫折虽然痛苦，但不至于让我们放弃追求；《面包里的金
币》告诉了你感恩生命，心存包容，必受上天恩赐！《猪牛羊》告诉了你要设身处地地为他人考虑，学会宽恕别人！总以为你会受
到启迪.......
但是你没有！
记得那天，爸爸倾力所写的《做精英学子，你还缺了点什么》的读后感，获得了老师的好评，我以为你会知道爸爸最希望读懂这篇文章的不是别人而是你.......
但是你没有！ 记得那天，你成绩出来后，爸爸跟你说，拥有一颗强者的心，你会走的更高更远，
平庸不会让雄鹰高飞，不会让猛虎傲啸山林，我以为你会懂得.......
但是你没有！
记得那天，就是今天，所发生的，都不会发生，因为你不想，爸爸妈妈也不想；因为你
还不到20，还可以去挽回将来的遗憾.......
如果，你还没有！那么你还是没有逐字读懂这封信！！！最后，希望儿子你能以同样的形式写封信给老爸，题目你定，希望能跳出思想的框框，给爸爸一个supri！

作者是一位普通的美国妇女，她的丈夫在女儿4岁时应征入伍去了越南战场，从此她便和女儿相依为命。后来，她的丈夫、孩子的爸爸不幸阵亡。她终身守寡，直至年老病逝。她的女儿在整理遗物时发现了母亲当年写给父亲的这首，题目就是《但是你没有》。 Remember the day I borrowed your brand new car and dented it

2.Youth 青春 Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life. Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ea. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by derting our ideals. Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, lf-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.
Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being’s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing appetite for what’s next and the joy of the game of living. In the center of your heart and my heart, there is a wireless station; so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, courage and power from man and from the infinite, so long as you are young. When your aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you’ve grown old, even at 20; but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there’s hope you may die young at 80. 青春不是年华，而是
心境；青春不是桃面、丹唇、柔膝，而是深沉的意志，恢宏的想象，炙热的恋情；青春是生命的深泉在涌流。 青春气贯长虹，勇锐盖过怯弱，进取压倒苟安。如此锐气，二十后生而有之，六旬男子那么更多见。年岁有加，并非垂老，理想丢弃，方堕暮年。 岁月悠悠，衰微只及肌肤；热忱抛却，颓废必致灵魂。忧烦，惶恐，丧失自信，定使心灵扭曲，意气如灰。
无论年届花甲，拟或二八芳龄，心中皆有生命之欢乐，奇迹之诱惑，孩童般天真久盛不衰。人人心中

皆有一台天线，只要你从天上人间接受美好、希望、欢乐、勇气和力量的信号，你就青春永驻，风华常存。 一旦天线下降，锐气便被冰雪覆盖，玩世不恭、自暴自弃油然而生，即使年方二十，实已垂垂老矣；然那么只要树起天线，捕捉乐观信号，你就有望在八十高龄辞别尘寰时仍觉年轻。
3.The Old Cat 老猫 An old woman had a cat. The cat was very old; she could not run qu
ickly, and she could not bite, becau she was so old. One day the old cat saw a mou; she jumped and caught the mou. But she could not bite it; so the mou got out of her mouth and ran away, becau the cat could not bite it.Then the old woman became very angry becau the cat had not killed the mou. She began to hit the cat. The cat said, Do not hit your old rvant. I have worked for you for many years, and I would work for you still, but I am too old. Do not be unkind to the old, but remember what good work the old did when they were young.
一位老妇有只猫,这只猫很老,它跑不快了,也咬不了东西,因为它年纪太大了.一天,老猫发现一只老鼠,它跳过去抓这只老鼠,然而,它咬不住这只老鼠.因此,老鼠从它的嘴边溜掉了,因为老猫咬不了它.于是,老妇很生气,因为老猫没有把老鼠咬死.她开始打这只猫,猫说：“不要打你的老仆人,我已经为你效劳了很多年,而且还愿意为你效劳,但是,我实在太老了,对年纪大的不要这么无情,要记住老年人在年青时所做过的有益的事情.〞
