PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly extract a subject who needs to receive another counling on the basis of the result of counling in a computer system, and to give a chance to receive proper mental treatment to the subject in counling using an SAT method.
SOLUTION: This counling system is provided with a first counling execution part 202 for collecting and analyzing answers to the questions of first counling; a mental test execution part 201 for executing a mental test different from the first counling; a threshold determination part 203 for determining a threshold on the basis of the mental state of the subject acquired from the result of the mental test and the mental state of the testee acquired by an SAT method; a subject lection part 206 for lecting at least a portion of the subject by using the threshold; a cond counling execution part 204 for executing the cond counling different from the first counling to the lected subject; and a message preparation part 205.
