实习教师与老教师对问题学生认知的差异研究
摘要: 本研究结合现阶段教育中常见的问题学生现象,通过开放式调查问卷,选取某师范大学实习(支教)学生和换岗教师作为调查对象,从教师对问题学生的衡量标准、教师对问题学生产生原因的认识及教师对问题学生转化方式的认识三方面对实习教师和老教师间的差异进行具体化研究。研究表明老教师有明确的对问题学生的衡量标准,而实习教师则不然;在对问题学生表现的表述上,老教师对于问题学生的表述更为精确,实习教师则偏向于感性;在问题学生转化认识上实习教师方法较为新颖,但不够具体。
abstract: to rearch the differences between the novice and the expert teachers so that we can u the characteristic of the expert for training the novice teachers, which shortens the growth cycle that the novice teachers become expert teachers. this paper aims to rearch the differences between the novice and the expert teachers with the open questionnaire bad on the phenomenon of problem students in the prent educational practice. and this paper lected the intern of one normal university and the alternate teachers as testee to do the difference rearch from the factor of problem students, the r
eference point of problem students and the transform to problem students. finally we can conclude that most of the expert teacher clearly has the standard to measure the problem students, and the intern teachers do not. in addition, the expert teacher has the more accurate statement of the problem students and the intern teachers’ statement is vague but perceptual.
