摘要：Systems and methods are disclod herein that enable a client device to efficiently identify mailboxes/folders containing objects of interest in a rver-bad message store. In some embodiments, a method of operation of a client device
compris nding a single request to a rver for a list of mailboxes/folders maintained by the rver for a ur that contain objects flagged with any of one or more flags specified in the single request. The method of operation of the client device further compris, in respon to the single request, receiving, from the rver, the list of mailboxes/folders maintained by the rver for the ur that contain objects flagged with any of the one or more flags specified in the single request. The method also compris processing the list of mailboxes/folders. In this manner, the client device is enabled to quickly and efficiently identify which mailboxes/folders of the ur contain objects of interest.
