argue和quarrel的区别

argue当作不及物动词时，后面常接介词against,about,over或with。e.g.
He argues well. 他这人有辩才。
They argued the problem for hours. 他们就这问题辩论了好几个小时。
She argued that she should not go.她提出理由说她不该去。
He is always ready to argue about/over the problem with George. 他随时准备和乔治辩论这个问题。
argue about/over sth.为某事争论
argue with sb. 与某人争论
argue against sth. 据理反对
argue sb.into/out of doing sth.劝某人做/不做某事
argue与 quarrel的区别: argue争论；争辩，一种善意的讨论以弄清事实真相。quarrel争吵；吵架，是一种带有恶意的争斗以使对方感到不舒服。
Children sometimes quarrel. 孩子们有时爱争吵。
It’s sad when husbands and wives quarrel. 夫妻间发生口角是很不幸的事。
Most families have arguments over money. 多数家庭有金钱方面的争执。
