表达现在的失望情绪
将I wish(我希望)与一般过去时连用,以表达你对现在发生的某件事感到失望.这与使用非真实条件句来表达假想中的事相类似.

外企常用词frustrated,别总用disappointed和angry表达不爽
frustrated字典上的意思是「沮丧的」.
但「沮丧的」这个词并不存在中文的口语里,所以我们也很难会想到用frustrated.
其实翻译成日常口语最接近的是「不爽的」.
frustrated是你想要做什么事情,但是由于客观条件做不了,达不到自己的期望,心里那种无奈的感觉(something didn t happen
as wish),就是不爽.
比如合作方总是不配合,追一个妹子妹子迟迟不答应你,性生活得不到满足,想要准时出货,但是品质问题延期.工作中投诉别人常说 It s so
frustrating that you ......
以_ually
frustrated为例,就是是性生活达不到达不到预期,包括缺乏性生活,或者性生活质量不佳,得不得满足,本质上都是一种想要有,但是由于各种原因却没有,没有预期好的状态.短期没有性生活,就是a
bit _ually frustrated,长期没有,就是so _ually frustrated.

frustrated应该是外企老外使用最多的表达情感的词,因为老外在中国,文化和我们不一样,语言也不通,很多事情不能按照预期的想法去做,但很少说disappointed.
如果说disappointed就是事情比较严重了,因为disappointed就是事情无法挽回的那种,而fr
ustrated还是有一丝希望让他得到满足.
你每次想说disappointed和angry的时,替换成frustrated会少得罪很多人.
比如angry customer和frustrated customer,前者是发飙的那种,后者则只是告诉你他的要求没满足,他不高兴.
记住这个词和「绝望」没有关系,也不是有些人说的「抓狂」,这两个词都是很强烈的情感,而frustrated 可轻可重,表示不同程度的有a bit
frustrated和so frustrated.
如果别人在发飙,你可以说I understand your frustration,或者 I feel your
frustration,不要明说anger,留点面子.
