自2015年10月起我参加了单县小学英语教学技能培训。这对我来说是一个难得的机会,回首六个月来训练的生活,收获了很多,这种紧张和忙碌,并没有解除我心中充满的喜悦和幸福。
通过学习,我有以下几点体会:第一,英语教师作为小学英语教师必须培养良好的学习习惯,为学生提供良好的学习习惯,首先要规范学生的写作习惯,从一开始就学习字母,让学生明白什么是写在身上的,什么是印出来的。写作时,胸脯离桌子一拳,要书成10度角;其次,要有准确模仿的习惯,大胆开放的习惯,把英语作为交际工具,还要及时复习习惯;最后还要养成勤练积累的习惯。只有这样,学生才能养成良好的学习习惯,才能对英语学科感兴趣,愿意学习,享受学习,学好科学。其次,英语教师必须具备扎实的基本技能,作为小学英语教师必须具备听、说、读、写、画、唱、舞这些基本技能。通过这次学习,我深刻体会到“英语器乐”在语言中的重要性,是一种载体,是一种工具。其目的是交换。要熟练地运用这一工具来达到交际的目的,就应该把四种基本的说写技能结合起来,最后以“说”的形式呈现出来。为了实现这一目标,教师除了要提高自己的口语技能和专业素质外,还要在课堂上进行角色转换。只有采用灵活的教学方法,才能充分调动学生的积极性,激发学生的智力潜能,改变“单调重复”的课堂教学模式,把英语口语的课堂教
学向前推进,向全互动的课堂教学向前推进。第三,更新观念和思想通过这种训练和学习,也让我们明白我们应该树立终身学习和终身训练的意识,不断更新我们的观念,渴望学习时代。
随着经济全球化、国际化的发展,词汇不断更新,社会对英语教师的口语、语音、技能水平等方面的要求会更高,如果教师不重视加强自身的学习,难免容易受到攻击,也令人忧心忡忡。第四,提高自己的英语水平一些课程要提高自己的英语技能本次培训,领导、老师要根据我们学生的实际情况,给我们安排听、说等活动;在过去的六个月里,我们无论是口语、语音、语调,还是听力、写作都有了长足的进步。第五,了解最新英语课程改革期间的培训情况,让我看到了一种不同于传统英语课堂教学模式的新英语课程改革理念。让我对新课程有了更好的了解。教学不是简单的“灌输知识”或“知识迁移”的过程,是学习主体与教育主体包括环境互动的过程,这种教学是一种学生积极参与、尊重学生个性化、参与式的教学环境。总之,培训让我真正感受到教育是事业的智慧,深刻意识到自己肩负的一些责任,我们从志愿者身上学到的不仅是教学技能,还学会了如何当老师。“愿一个金色的回忆,一个永恒的纪念”再次成为我们旅程的新起点。
