(备注:对单身客人, 尤其是女客,应避免声张他们是单身而来的. “只您一个人吗?”这种说法是不妥的, 应说: “请问还要等人吗?”再加上 “欢迎”使客人觉得自然.)

请问您要等人来吗？
G: No.

Basic Sentences
Say “ yes” 表示同意时我们应该说：
“ Certainly, sir.”
“ Right away, madam.”
“ Yes, of cour, ladies.”
Never say 而不能说：
“ O.K.” or “ Yeah”
在说“of cour” 之前要加上说 “ yes”
Say “ No.” 表示拒绝或否定时，我们应该说
“ I’m afraid not.”
