This document contains some of the most common non-compliances in relation to the M&S Global Sourcing Principles and the ETI Ba Code, ranked according to whether they are critical, major or minor.

New factories with critical issues will not be accepted for M&S production.
新厂有严重的问题不能被玛莎生产接受。
Existing factories that are found to have critical issues must be referred in the first instance to the relevant M&S Social Compliance Manager.
已合作工厂发现有严重问题的,必须提及首次案例给相关相关玛莎社会责任经理。
