With competitions becoming increasingly fierce in our society, more and more parents are busy enrolling their children to a variety of hobby group, such as, math, English, mental arithmetic, singing, dancing, writing and so on. Parents think the are good for their children to do preparation for their future. But I don’t agree with it. Maybe the interest groups will do good to the children, but too much stress from the interest class will give heavy burden on children.
In the first place, taking too much interest class will deprive children of their freedom time. Although children are in a young age, they still have to go to school, which will take up
their some time. They have to take part in some hobby groups after school, which they may not really interested in. Can you imagine how many free time do they have? They have to study and study during their whole childhood. This may have negative effect on forming good characters for children.
Last but not least, the so called interest class may not cau the interest of children. The cram class that parents choo for their children are not really the real hobby of their children. If they have to be forced to do the things that they don’t like in a young age, how can they have a happy childhood? In addition, children may have no time to develop their true interest, becau they have to do the things that their parents consider are their interest.
To sum up, forcing children to take up too much interest class will increa the heavy burden on children. Parents should pay more time to figure out their children’s real interest and lead them to the right way, not force them to do things.

Most of the challenges revolve around stress which studies have shown is a part of living. Regardless of what you do and your profession and place stress is not avoidable but could be minimized. Tho who e stress as an enemy will probably live an irritable life which is quite unnecessary.
How then do we cope with stress? I am going to give you tips that have helped and are still helping me in coping with life in the city of Lagos Nigeria, the most populous African city, where orientation of people is quite different in many ways about stress and living with others.
1. Wrong views on stress
Get the right meanings and impression on stress. Tho who misconstrued some daily activities or physical exercis as stress will likely be over burdened by what stress is not. You could read up some literatures, journals, or visit some websites and publications like
this website to get to know more on stress. I believe when you can relate your activities and place them in right perspectives on what stress is then you could avoid being overwhelmed by some wrong thoughts about it.
2. Do not make stress an issue

If you have been bothered by stress then I think it is advisable to reapprai your activities in the light of this understanding in order to identify some probable flaws that may hitherto be hidden. It could be revealing. Do not therefore live on
assumption but know that the way you schedule your activities can out blow the impact of stress on you. For instance schedule only the number of activities you could take per day. Do not over estimate your abilities but take only the number of activities you think you could successfully carry out in a day. An uncompleted task could leave you spent.
4. Stop brooding over it
Tho who simply enjoy living are tho that do not turn thoughts of their stressful activities over and over in their minds. It is wi you handle it as they come and forget about them when you could not handle it. It could be devastating psychologically if you do not let go any nagging task and thoughts of your uncompleted activities or difficult ones.
5. Live one day at a time
