Recently, our school has evaluated the first academic performance of the 2021 grade three students, of which the English asssment results are satisfactory.
In this evaluation, the students' basic knowledge of English has been fully demonstrated. The index includes listening, speaking, reading and writing. According to the statistics of the evaluation results, more than 90% of the students are proficient in daily English conversations, and their ability to u English to ask questions and answer questions is better. More than 70% of the students have a good understanding of English listening comprehension, which is the foundation of learning English. More than 40% of the students have a good understanding of English reading, and their understanding of the main idea is relatively strong. some students are able to interpret texts from the perspective of writers. Furthermore, the majority of the students in the written performance asssment have a good target test as well as a good understanding of the content structure.
To sum up, the overall evaluation results of the students’ in English this time proved that our
school has achieved remarkable results in English teaching. At the same time, teachers should give targeted guidance to tho students who did not perform well, so as to make arrangements for targeted improvement. At the same time, it is also necessary to urge tho students who have achieved outstanding performance to continuously enrich their study of English knowledge, enhance their language ability and strive to further improve their English level. I believe that all students can work to improve their English through their own efforts and expand their comprehensive English ability.
