According to Article 47 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, motor vehicles should slow down when passing through crosswalks; Pedestrians who are crossing the crosswalk should stop and give way. When a motor vehicle pass on a road without a traffic signal, it should avoid pedestrians crossing the road.
When a motor vehicle driver encounters a white diamond-shaped warning sign on the road in front of him or es a warning sign to avoid pedestrians, he should actively reduce the speed in advance, if there are pedestrians on the crosswalk who are passing, the motor vehicle must stop to let pedestrians pass first.
1. Obrve first and then pass
The "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that pedestrians should walk on the sidewalk, and walk by the side of the road without a sidewalk; through a crosswalk with traffic lights, they should follow the traffic signal instructions; and pass throu
gh a crosswalk without traffic lights or a crosswalk. Interctions, or crossing roads in ctions of roads without crossing facilities, should be pasd after confirming safety.
Citizens must cross the zebra crossing when crossing the road, and it is forbidden to cross the road from the motorway. Pedestrians should follow the "red light stop, green light line" rule when there is a crosswalk signal, and pedestrians should also cross the road from the zebra crossing on the road ction without crosswalk lights. When crossing the road, pay attention to the vehicles coming: first look at the cars coming from the left, and when you reach the middle of the zebra crossing (the middle line of the road), you must look at the cars on the right side, and quickly pass after confirming that there is no danger.
In addition, Article 63 of the Road Traffic Safety Law also stipulates that pedestrians shall not cross or sit on road isolation facilities, and shall not pick up cars, forcibly stop cars or carry out other acts that hinder road traffic safety.
