From January 27 to 29, Belarusian ambassador to China Yuri Senko led a delegation to Chongqing to attend a ries of activities such as the opening ceremony of Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in Chongqing.

1月28日，白俄罗斯驻重庆总领事馆开馆。这是继白驻上海、广州总领馆后，白方在中国内地设立的第三个总领馆。至此，外国驻渝总领事馆增至12个。市政府副市长李波、外交部领事司副司长童德发，以及来渝访问的白俄罗斯驻华大使尤里•先科出席开馆仪式并致辞。
市政府副秘书长汪夔万、市政府外办主任章勇武，白俄罗斯驻重庆总领事馆代理馆长叶-德米特里，相关市级部门及区县代表，各国驻渝领事官员出席活动。
李波在致辞中回顾了重庆和白俄罗斯的友好交往历史。他说，近年来，中国和白俄罗斯相互信任、合作共赢的全面战略伙伴关系不断巩固深化，共建“一带一路”取得丰硕成果。在中白友好关系持续发展的背景下，重庆与白俄罗斯以中欧班列（渝新欧）为纽带，推动了各领域的交流合作蓬勃开展。

On January28,the Consulate General of Belarus in Chongqing opened. This is the third consulate general of Belarus in Chine mainland after the Consulate General of Belarus in Shanghai and Guangzhou.So far, the number of foreign consulates in Chongqing has incread to12. Li Bo,vice mayor of Chongqing Municipal Government,Tong Defa, Deputy Director General of the Consular Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,and Yuri Senko,the visiting Belarusian ambassador to China attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
Wang Kuiwan,deputy cretary general of Chongqing Municipal Government,Zhang Yongwu,Director General of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government,Dmitry Emelyanov,Acting Director of the Consulate General of Belarus in Chongqing,reprentatives of relevant municipal departments, districts and counties,and consular officials of various countries in Chongqing attended the event.
In his speech,Li Bo reviewed the history of friendly exchanges between Chongqing and Belarus.He said that in recent years,the comprehensive strategic partnership of mutual trust,cooperation and win-win between China and Belarus has been constantly consolidated and deepened and the joint construction of"Belt and Road"has achieved fruitful results. Under the background of the continuous development of friendly relations between China and Belarus,Chongqing and Belarus take the China-Europe Railway Express(Chongqing-Xinj i ang-Europe)as the link to promote vigorous development of exchanges and cooperation in various fields.

童德发在致辞中表示，白俄罗斯驻重庆总领馆的设立，将有利于进一步拓展两国地方间各领城交流与合作，提升白方在华领事服务水平，不断丰富双边关系内涵。中国外交部愿同重庆市一道，为总领馆的工作提供便利和协助。
尤里-先科在致辞中说，值此中白建交29周年之际，第三个白俄罗斯驻中国总领事馆正式设立，将为重庆与白俄罗斯之间在经贸、投资、人文领域的合作带来活力和内涵。中国是白俄罗斯在世界上的主要合作伙伴之一，两国在各个领域继续相互提供重要支持。白俄罗斯正积极推动中白关系达到铁哥们儿及全天候的伙伴关系的新高度，这将在两国历史上打开新的篇章，并成为地区和企业界间更密切及更深入互动的信号。
"2021年被确定为中白两国的地区年。相信重庆可以成为中白两国之间区域间合作发展的典范。白俄罗斯驻重庆总领事馆的设立将为两国间的实际合作提供动力，为两国全面合作与发展创造条件。”尤里•先科提到，他非常关注成渝地区双城经济圈建设，这一战略将使该地区成为中国中西部地区创新技术和物流发展的驱动力，这为在国家和地区间背景下与白俄罗斯发展合作开辟新前景。
开馆仪式上，举行了"重庆一明斯克电视周”开幕典礼。此后将择机在明斯克举办"重庆电视周”o重庆将

同时，四川外国语大学分别与白俄罗斯明斯克语言大学、瓦罗莎（重庆）有限公司签订了合作协议，将深化教学、就业等领域合作。

Tong Defe said in his speech that the establishment of t he Consulate General of Belarus in Chongqing will help to further expand exchanges and cooperation between the two countries,improve the level of consular rvice of Belarus in China,and constantly enrich the connotation of b ilateral relations.The Ministry of F oreign Affairs of China is willing to work with Chongqing Municipality to facilitate and assist the work of t he Consulate General.
In his speech,Yuri Senko said that on the occasion of the29th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Belarus,the official establishment of the third consulate general of Belarus in China will bring motion and content to the cooperation between Chongqing and Belarus in the fields of economy,trade,investment and humanities.China is one of the major cooperative partners of Belarus in the world,and the two countries will continue providing important support to each other in various fields.Belarus is actively promoting China and Belarus to a new level of iron brotherhood and all-weather partnership,which will open a new chapter in the history of the two countries and become a signal of clor and deeper interaction in the region and the business community.

At the opening ceremony,the opening ceremony of"Chongqing Minsk TV Week*'was held,and the"Chongqing TV Week”in Minsk will be held at a lected date.Chongqing will provide Belarus with excellent port-opening programs such as the documentary The City Wall is Falling Down,which will be broadcast on Minsk CTB;the documentary I Want to See reflecting the nature,scenery,culture and folk customs of Belarus will be broadcast on Chongqing Satellite TV and嗨我的男人

Meanwhile,Sichuan International Studies University has signed cooperation agreements with Minsk State Linguistic University of Belarus and Wlosha(Chongqing)Co., deepen cooperation in teaching,employment and other fields.
During his visit to Chongqing,Yuri Senko and his team also visited Belarus Tourism and Cultural Commodity Center,Changan Auto and Zongshen Group in Chongqing,had a discussion with Chongqing Port and Logistics Office on how to deepen the cooperation between Belarus and Chongqing in trade and investment,transportation and logistics,equipment manufacturing,cultural tourism,etc.,and reached a ries of c ooperation intentions.
