近5年国内护理研究热点的共词聚类分析

[摘要] 目的 了解近5年国内护理研究热点，以期对我国护理研究的发展起到一定的借鉴和

指导作用。 方法 选取中国知网收录的国内影响因子排名前7（综合影响因子>0.5）的综合性护

理期刊，通过检索上述期刊杂志近5年发表文献的关键词关键词，使用Bicomb软件、SPSS

20.0统计学软件对关键词关键词进行词频分析和共词聚类分析。结果 共检索到17 467篇文

献，获得高频关键词关键词48个，通过共词聚类分析显示，近5年护理研究的热点有患者自

我管理与护理质量、护患心理状况、护理满意度、护理教育与护理安全等4个方面。 结论 通

过高频关键词关键词共词聚类分析，有助于我们从某个角度了解国内护理研究的新进展。

[Abstract] Objective To know the nursing rearch hotpots in recent five years in order to provide

reference for the development of nursing study in China. Methods The co《简爱》 mprehensive nursing

impact factor > 0.05）， the key words were for word frequency analysis and co-work cluster

analysis by the Bicomb software and SPSS 20.0 software after retrieving the key words published in

key words were obtained， and the co-work cluster analysis showed that the nursing rearch hotspots

隨着社会的发展和人们对护理服务质量的高要求，护理研究已从多层次多角度全面展开。

利用信息化技术对护理研究的进展进行分析和归纳，并在临床指导护理工作和促进护理研究，

不仅可提高护理工作效率，减轻护理管理人员的工作负担，开展有的护理临床研究，提高护理

质量，提升护理管理水平，同时也为患者提供优质护理服务，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

为了提高我们护理的护、学、研的水平，对近5年国内护理研究热点进行了共词聚类分析，现

报道如下。
