研究生复合型人才培养是研究生层次人才分类培养的一种理念和制度，其基本特征是：

关注社会发展对研究生复合型人才的需求以及研究生跨专业和重拾 实践性发展需求是其逻辑起点，相应的

Graduate compound talents"cultivation is one kind of concepts or systems on the classification

training of graduate compound talents. The basic features are as follows the starting point of the cultivation

terdisciplinary study and practice learning for graduate students, the cultivation of talents training organization
