研究生复合型人才培养是研究生层次人才分类培养的一种理念和制度,其基本特征是:

关注社会发展对研究生复合型人才的需求以及研究生跨专业和重拾 实践性发展需求是其逻辑起点,相应的

培养组织和培养制度是其必要条件,根据培养高铁上可以带白酒吗 过程特点选择培养方式、方法和加强质量保障是其基本

要求,促进研究生发展成为研究生复合型人才是其最终目标。这种人才培养理念和制再接再厉什么意思 度反映了人们对

研究生培养质量关注点的转移:由注重人才培养的研究生层次要求到研究生的分类培养;也反映了研

究生层次人才培养导向的变化:由注重供给到注重需求。

Abstract

Graduate compound talents"cultivation is one kind of concepts or systems on the classification

training of graduate compound talents. The basic features are as follows the starting point of the cultivation

logic is to focus on the demand of social development for graduate compound talents and the requirements of in

terdisciplinary study and practice learning for graduate students, the cultivation of talents training organization

and systemis its necessary condition, and lecting the training mode, the method and enhancing the quality

assurance according to the characteristics of the training process is its basic requirement and its ultimate goal is

to promote graduate student develop into graduate compound talents. The concept of talentsy training and the
