1.4 Functions

1. A100 ries energy-saving inverter cabinet achieves excellent functional

module of application by using V/F control and vector control

technology.

2. To ensure proper system operation, A100 us Labor-conversion mode

switch.

3. With built-in signal interface board ，energy-saving reformation is

convenient.

4. Sensorless vector control (SLVC), built-in test programs of motor

parameters, you can easily u the superior performance of vector

control.

5. It achieves high torque and improves the dynamic respon and motor

control features by using V/F control.

6. With a proportional, integral and differential (PID) of the clod-loop

control function, it can be ud for constant pressure water supply

process control, etc.

7. With special injection interface board, you can u it in injection molding

machine energy-saving reformation occasions.

8. Fast current limit (FLC) function to avoid undue running trip.

9. Built-in DC injection braking.

10. Acceleration/deceleration ramp features have a programmable smoothing

function.

11. Automatic voltage regulator, in the ca of input voltage changes, the

output voltage is basically unchanged, maintaining V/F values constant.

2 Installation

2.1 Installation Environment

1. There are vents or ventilation devices in indoor places.

2. Ambient temperature should be within the range of -10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃.If the

ambient temperature is higher than , but lower than 50℃， you may

3.4 Wiring instructions of the signal interface board

The energy-saving integrated cabinet equipped with signal interface

board which is the optional parts of A100 ries inverter. It can be directly

input 0-1A (via CI-COM terminal) DC current s个人诚信 i赞叹的近义词 gnal or 0-24V (via VI-com

terminal) DC voltage signal. Through the optocouple

isolation treatment, and

converted into a 0-10V voltage signal, the signal can connect internally to the

inverter’s analog input VIC through the cable. Plea do not u VIC

Signal interface board wiring method:

You can u the following two methods, but you cannot u them
