That's what you'll be doing if a Japane company has its way.        A company called Genepax has invented the first practical car to run only on water. The company says putting just a litre(升) of water is enough to keep its car going for 60 minutes at a speed of 80 kilometers an hour. And forget about finding a gas station when you're running on empty.
