【摘要】机械工程材料是机械类专业重要的专业基础课。对这门课的特点和教学现状进行了分析。根据“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的培养目标和要求，对教学内容、教学方法和实训环节进行了探索和改进，取得了一定成绩。

《机械工程材料》是机械工程类专业学生必修的专业基础课，是为后续学习机械设计基础、机械制造技术、机械加工工艺等课程做铺垫，是进行各种机械产品的设计和加工制造，必要考虑的部分。可见，这门课十分重要。根据“卓越工程师教育培养计划”，要求课程内容、教学方法方式体现培养学生“能力”，即不仅培养学生能熟练掌握理论知识能力，还要培养学生工程能力和创新能力。如何利用现有资源开展这门课理论和实践教学，以达到“卓越工程师”培养计划的基本要求，是值得探索的问题。
1机械工程材料特点和教学现状
这门课安排在第三学期上，是学生开始接触到专业课阶段。它涉及到机械、设计、材料和加工四方面。主要包括材料种类和性能，材料的微观结构、凝固与变形，铁碳合金相图及应用，热处理，金属材料和非金属材料特性及选材。其知识面广，内容多，专业术语多，概念抽象，理论性强，但逻辑联系不强。学生们感觉内容头绪太多、记忆多。由于专业学时调整，课时现削减为32学时，其中理论教学仅为24学时，需要在短时间内掌握大量信息，学生接受难度大。加之，由于此门可前期没有认知实习，而金工实习通常又在此课之后，学生没有实践经验，缺乏感性认识，很难把它与实际工程联系起来。实验教学多为普通验证性实验，设备老旧数量少，5—6人用一台，教学效果不好。因此，学生感觉学习空洞、乏味，兴趣低，考试就死记硬背。没有达到牢固掌握理论知识目的，也没有达到培养学生分析问题能力和解决工程问题能力。
2机械工程材料的改革措施与实践
优化教学内容，提升教学效果
机械工程材料，本科生培养目标是保证掌握材料科学基础理论，运用它进行工程选材和帮助设计工艺流程等。因而教学内容设计，应与机械工程类紧密相连。对金属学部分，基础为材料的性能和结构，重点为材料成形的组织变化和性能，如铁碳合金相图。对热处理部分，重点为热处理的原理和工艺过程，改善材料的性能。对金属材料部分，重点为常用的机械材料的牌号、性能、热处理方式，及选材。而对于非金属材料部分，可不作为重点，但要了解，可精选些前言的新材料、新技术、新工艺讲解，如高分子复合材料、陶瓷材料等，开阔学生的眼界。压缩材料组成和微观结构，如晶体内部结构等内容。
采用多种灵活的教学方法，联系工程实际，提高学生学习兴趣
兴趣是学习的动力之源，仅是枯燥的理论，学生们很难有兴趣。为了激发学习兴趣，可采用多种生动的形式，如启发式、讨论式等方法，把枯燥的理论与工程实际联系起来，明白理论与生活密切相关，把抽象概念立体化、生动化，运用它可解决很多实际中难题。如在讲解它碳素钢时，含碳量对钢性能的影响，可以启发学生们思考：家中用的传统菜刀和砍刀，为何菜刀不能砍骨头，砍刀不能来切菜，原因是什么?若都用碳素钢，具体成分有何不同?通过层层剖析，让学生明白，含碳量大小影响材料的强度、硬度，从而影响用途。理论与实际联系起来，抽象概念具体化，易理解。再者，也可以设立一题目组织学生讨论，通过讨论发现问题，解决问题。如：自行车外壳和车轴选材，哪些材料可以满足要求?材料加工工艺路线是什么?学生们提出了20多种方案，令人打开眼界。然后，由老师指导，理清思路，同大家一起对方案讨论，优劣对比，得出最佳方案。大大的调动了学生学习的积极性，课堂教学效果好。
改进实践环节
实训环节是培养学生工程实践能力和创新能力的重要教学环节。近两年，我系更换了一批老旧设备，增添了许多新的实验设备和仪器，如高清晰的金相显微镜、维氏硬度计和金相试样抛光机等，实验硬件能力大大提升。可以开设一些新实验，还可以把某些理论课放到实验室进行。如讲解铁碳合金平衡组织，可让每位学生自行动手实验，观察组织，总结材料性能，得出结论，老师仅从旁辅助。把原课堂难理解的知识放到实验室讲解，教学效果大大提高。同时，还增加了综合实验项目。加强对学生的动手能力和探索精神的培养，能学以致用。由指导老师设定题目，题目通常涉及到的零件是学生们看得见、摸得着的，如锉刀、锯条、自行车链轮等。给出机械零件的工作条件和失效形式。接着，由学生自己查阅相关资料，制定工艺流程方案;指导老师审阅、修改。然后，学生独立自个动手完成实物操作，得出硬度分析和金相图，完成实验报告。最后，参加口试答辩，做为这课成绩考核的重要部分。在整个过程中，学生需要能熟练操作硬度计、金相显微镜、电阻炉和金相试样抛光机等仪器设备。像金相试样制备难度较大，可能需要失败多次，才能做出合格的试样。若对设备和操作掌握不牢固，就需要花更过的时间，反复做实验。而实验教学一共才8学时，显然不够。可允许学生利用课余时间，到实验室完成实验。实验室实行“开放式”管理，学生可根据自我情况安排实验，避免因时间紧就应付了事。给失败的同学再做机会，给有兴趣的同学敢于尝试创新的机会。实践证明，综合实验项目，极大地锻炼了学生的动手能力、观察能力、分析问题和解决问题能力。另外，根据我系机械工程学生培养方案，机械工程材料和“金工实习”在同一学期，可让两者同时进行，而不是同期的一前一后。让学生们在金工实习中，了解材料和加工工艺，增加感性认识，帮助材料理论知识掌握。如在车工实习中，实习指导教师可引入使用的各类刀具的材料，高速钢和硬质合金区别;加工工艺中，零件的调质处理方式，就是热处理的淬火和回火。实践表明，学生提前有了感性认识，进行理论教学效时，易于接受和掌握知识。
3结论
通过对机械工程材料的教学不断改进，学生的学习积极性大大提高，知识掌握更牢固、全面，动手能力加强，分析问题和解决问题能力得到锻炼，创新能力得到激发。在今后的教学中，还要不断的探索和改进教学方式方法，夯实理论知识，能“举一反三”，提高学生工程能力和创新能力。

2、由于受地质条件的制约，180万吨的产量使其采煤工作面综机设备的安装及工作面供电系统改造成为一项安全生产的重点工程。
全年安全顺利的完成了2213工作面、2200回采工作面、2110工作面、1203工作面、2212工作面5个工作面的综机设备安装、供水、压风系统的安装及供电系统改造;并安全顺利的完成2213工作面、2207工作面、2209工作面、2110工作面、2200回采工作面的撤面工作，实现了全年按面、撤面、供电的安全生产。
3、精心组织，顺利完成各项机电设备改造工作：
(1)为提高我矿煤质的发热量，解决我矿煤炭的销售，机电科对地面生产系统筛下皮带进行了改造，将筛下皮带煤炭进行了分运，在高架皮带处重新加工设计安装了一条架空电动滚筒皮带，以解决煤质的质量，促进了我矿煤炭销售。
(2)通风机安装工程：
5月份根据技改设计要求，对矿井通风机矿用防爆对旋轴流式通风机两台、高压配电柜12台、软起动柜两台进行了安装，并对通风机10kv高压供电线路两回路进行了架设，实现了通风机的安全运行。
(3)压风系统安装工程：
为确保技改施工井下压风需要，两台sa-132a型双螺杆空压机暂安装在__区副井井口。压风管路铺设情况：井下主干管选用φ无缝钢管，采区上、下山管路选用φ1084无缝钢管，现井下主干管φ无缝钢管共计铺设3965米，实现了技改工作面的压风需要并同时完善了压风自救系统的改造。
(4)供水施救系统管路安装工程：
__井下消防洒水及用水改造，利用__区地面600m3静压水池供给，撤除原__供水管路φ无缝钢管2130米。完善铺设井下供水施救主干管选用φ无缝钢管，采区上、下山管路选用φ1084无缝钢管，现井下主干管φ无缝钢管共计铺设3550米，φ1084无缝钢管共计铺设480米。
(5)35kw变电站安装工程：
__区地面35kv变电站线路架设已经架设完工，其两回35kv电源线路分别引自轩岗110kv变电站和崞阳110kv变电站，导线截面为lgj-185，线路长约和;除变电站内两台sz10-8000/3535±有载调压变压器暂没有安装外，所内其他高压电气设备已经安装完毕。
三、运输工作完成情况
1、以服务一线为宗旨确保矿井生产接续和生产任务的完成：
运输系统安全高效的完成了5个工作面撤除、安装的设备运输工作，累计运送液压支架等大型设备2520余台套。一年来我们累计为采区铺设18公斤道轨2570米，24公斤道轨1200米，确保了全矿生产任务的完成和我矿的正常生产接续。
2、以标准化为契机不断提升安全运输水平：
结合《省煤矿安全质量标准化标准》及《原平供电局节能节电》要求，我们对井下大巷、运输大巷及工作面安装更换led灯120盏，铺设照明线路3090米;为保证斜巷运输安全，我们对1171大巷、南大巷原简易道岔进行了全部更换，更换道岔21付。
四、大型设备维修工作完成情况
我矿综采zyy4410/23/42支架为集团公司淘汰设备，支架状态差，维修频繁，井下大修支架共计610部;由于生产接续紧张，共计大修mgtyz250/采煤机2次;大修ebz150掘进机2次;sm-490a空气压缩机维修3次;500gfb发电机大修1次，共计节约维修资金约701万元。
