in the bed还是on the bed

on the bed强调与床面接触，坐在床上，把东西放在床上，与睡觉没有联系。in the bed表示在床里面，即在被窝里。in bed表示“躺在床上、卧病在床”，短语中的bed不指具体的床，故前在不用冠词，in也不能改成on。

in the bed：睡着了，或者是躺在床上，特别是在床上呆了一阵子了。

in bed：躺在床上。当和ill连用时候才指“卧病在床”。

on the bed：指人的时候，指没有睡着，或者在床上但是没有躺下；指物的时候，指在床上放着。
