(一)4月14日下午,我们到达长沙市,找到当地市工商行政管理局,得到他们的支持,当日下午看了4个临时摊点。15日上午,在市工商局市场分局殷副局长的陪同下,对长沙市2个最大批发市场——马王堆果品批发市场、红星果品批发市场进行调查。马王堆市场位于市中心地段,红星市场位于市南部。我们在马王堆市场走访了31个摊点,在红星市场走访了22个摊点。这两大市场水果品种繁多,尤以时鲜水果西瓜、芒果、菠萝、枇杷、早李、苹果、梨为多,当地脐橙量大,胡柚多,还有部分沙田柚、椪柑及冰糖橙、甘蔗等。两个批发市场尚未见新会橙销售摊位。当地脐橙批发价为~元/斤,胡柚批发价为元/斤,而时鲜水果西瓜达元/斤。当地果商品尝了我们的新会橙后,一致认为口感、甜度都不错,就是果太小,不是品牌果,没有市场竞争力。

(二)16日上午至下午三时对武汉市的二大果品批发市场——汉口区黄家墩华中果品批发市场、武昌区沙湖水果批发市场进行调查。两个市场上的水果品种基本与长沙情况类似,不同的是在这两大市场中潮州柑、胡柚好卖,销售量大。潮州柑价格达元/斤,胡柚价格达到元/斤,市场主导果品仍是苹果,西瓜。西瓜的价格已达2。1元/斤。在沙湖果品市场上有恭城椪柑销售,但品牌标明为永春芦柑,价格元/斤,市场上也出现了恭城柿饼,价格元/斤左右,但市面上仍未见新会橙销售。当地果商品尝了我们的样品果后,一样认为口味不错,就是果子没有看相,上不了档次,同时果皮难剥。建议我们要分级包装,并进行打腊装扮,同时他们愿意帮我们试销果品,余辉老板准备叫他弟弟过恭城购一车20吨样果回武汉试着卖,看能不能让市民接受,打开市场。

(三)16日晚上到达郑州。17日上午在当地市场管理部门张建东所长陪同下,对郑州市华中物流中心水果市场进行了调查。该市场由于是淡季,水果品种明显不如长沙、武汉市市场丰富。主要以苹果、胡柚、梨、冰糖柑为主,芒果、菠萝、椰子、西瓜等南方水果占领了半个市场。市面上未见有新会橙销售。通过向当地最大的销售商师建华老板了解情况。我们的新会橙品味不错,就是果型太小,包装太差,没有市场吸引力。师老板建议在分级包装,用不同类型的纸箱包装,不能太大箱,同时要进行打腊包装,提升水果的档次。近期,他准备派人到恭城看果,试装车回去销售。

(四)17日晚到岳阳市。18日上午对岳阳市花果山水果批发市场调查,该市场与长沙马王堆市场果品情况相似,品种价格不相上下。在这个市场见到了恭城新会橙,但标名为冰糖橙销售,是栗木上枧潘平友老板运过去的。卖价为~元/斤,刚进入市场,销量不是很大。当地的老板还准备到恭城采购水果,想打开岳阳市场。

从四城市七大水果批发市场调查情况可以看出,我县新会橙水果在北方方城市还没有打开市场。由于市场上脐橙量大,胡柚、冰糖橙水果丰产,且这类外地水果个头大、包装好,易于市民接受,加上时鲜水果(如西瓜、菠萝、香蕉、早李、枇杷等)冲击着橙类市场,我县新会橙失去了占领市场的先机。面对现在市场情况,必须多方位销售橙子,既要巩固已开发的南方市场,同时也要努力开发北方市场,拉动东、西部市场,形成全面开花的销售局面,推动全县的水果销售。

三、建议

水果的销售与种植是是相辅相成的,种得好了才能卖得好,但关键还在于市场的需求,有了市场才能带来效益,才能提高果农种植的积极性。针对当前我县的水果销售形势,现提出以下几点建议:

(一)转变思想、提高认识,要有销售的紧迫感,认识销售形势的严峻性。

当前我县尚有4万2千吨橙子未销售,果子保鲜期越来越短,天气一变化,果子质量会受影响,时下新鲜水果冲击市场最大,对我县新会橙销售也带来了很多不利因素。因此,我们各级管理部门都应提高认识,要有销售紧迫感,要正确认识到售不出的水果会给果农带来巨大的损失,会打击果农的种植积极性,会造成社会的不稳定。因此一定要在最短时间内群策群力、想方设法,把我县的水果销售出去。

(二)不要有惜售思想。政府和有关部门要通过多种途径加强宣传,引导果农克服低价格不售的观念,不要死咬定一个价格不卖,只要有合适的价格(根据质量定价)即可销售,售出总比不售为好。同时要清楚现在市民对橙子的需求是可有可无,并不是唯一需要的水果,不销售,橙子就会变成垃圾。

(三)注重包装效果、分级售果。一定要从打扮上下功夫(以红色包装最好看),最好能将果进行认真精选、分级、清洗、打腊、精细包装、绿色包装。这样,价位可以上升,也可以促进销售。政府和有关业务部门要及时提供信息,加强技术指导,正确引导群众分级包装售果。

(四)通过多种途径吸引老板。一定要大力发挥销售协会、销售大户的作用,做到“走出去,请进来”,加强老板间的联系,不要在家等人来买果。

(五)品牌问题。建议政府组织有关部门搞好商标注册、搞水果打蜡生产,同时组织各位老板去搞水果展销,以打响恭城水果品牌。没有形成自己独特品牌,放在同一摊档上,一般消费者都只会感性地从价格、形状上去决定是否购买,很少有消费者能够分清果品品质的优劣。传统的新会橙市场不好,可以打别人的品牌(如冰糖橙)销售。

调查二:宁波的保姆来自哪里?

那么,宁波的保姆都来自哪里?据记者走访调查的结果,本地保姆和外地的保姆基本二八开。

宁波蓝孚家政服务有限公司的魏经理表示,宁波保姆市场中,外地保姆大都来自安徽、江西、四川、广西、湖南、湖北等地,也有来自本省衢州、丽水、桐庐一带。而本地的多是一些来自邻近乡镇的下岗妇女,主要做钟点保姆。

因此,越来越多的保姆忙于充电。 37岁的刘全英做了5年保姆,过去两年,她拿到了催乳师证、育婴证等十几个证书。以前我去应征保姆,见了好几个东家,一家也没成功。不是嫌我文化素质不高,就是说我会的技能不多,现在有了证,我反而能挑雇主了,谈价格也有了底气。

保姆质量良莠不齐健康证何以无法普及?一个好保姆,除了具备基本的专业素质之外,最关心的无疑是她的健康问题。而目前多数保姆没有办理健康证,有时即使雇主要求体检,但这笔体检费该谁出又成为一道跨不过的坎。

多数公司不提供保姆入职体检

宁波蓝孚家政服务有限公司负责人表示,他们一年会带保姆们到三甲医院以及疾病控制中心体检一次,主要检查妇科、艾滋病等疾病,并化验肝功能、胸透等项目。不过采访中记者了解到,多数保姆中介机构并不承担保姆体检的费用。雇主如果有需要,就自行带保姆去医院检查。如果没有问题,检查费用则由雇主出。如果有问题,检查费用则由保姆出。“只有月嫂、育儿嫂才会要求有健康证。如果雇主对保姆的健康不放心,可以自行带保姆进行体检,或者保姆自己体检。”上述家政服务公司的负责人称。据了解,目前市场上,基本上月嫂、育儿嫂和工作牵涉到做饭的保姆才会要求从业人员提供健康证,其他均不要求有健康证。

体检所需不菲雇主保姆中介究竟由谁来买单?

从各大医院体检中心的体检价目表上看,一张保姆健康证大致费用在200-300元之间,如果对有可能的传染病都进行检查,则需要六七百元。这笔费用到底谁来付呢?

一个住家保姆的月薪在3000元左右,对于雇主来说,缴纳中介费、每月支付保姆月薪已经是一笔不小的支出。这笔多出来的体检费如果还要自己承担,无疑大大增加了成本。对于中介来说,如果中介公司的每一个保姆都要进行这样的体检,那么公司的利润会削减,甚至有中介公司表示,办这样的中介公司利润本就不多,如果阿姨们都要体检的话,公司就要关门了。一位不愿透露姓名的中介工作人员说。对于保姆来说,他们认为自己已经提供了证明,对于这种额外的要求,理应不该由自己承担。

保姆该不该体检?关于这个问题一直有不少争论,近日,记者走进宁波风清家政有限公司,就这一问题详细询问了两个保姆,了解了她们对保姆体检的看法。

体检很重要,健康不能开玩笑

孙阿姨干家政这一行已经6年,每月薪金基本在3500元左右。除了洗衣、做饭、打扫这些基本家务外,孙阿姨对带小孩也有着丰富的经验。因此,一年到头,孙阿姨不缺活干。对于保姆该不该体检的话题,孙阿姨的态度很明确:支持。体检不单是为自己,更是为别人考虑。孙阿姨说自己每年都会去医院体检,每次和雇主签合同时,她都会主动拿出健康证,我们和别的行业不一样,如果身上有病,就很可能传染给孩子,孩子再传染给大人,那问题就大了。而如果雇主要求再做一次体检,她也会全力配合。

於克娟(38岁,从业2年安徽寿县人):

雇主要买个放心,我们愿意配合

於克娟是安徽寿县人,来宁波已经有5个年头,前年,她把家搬到了鄞州,并在鄞州新城区做起了保姆,她的薪金要求是每月3200元。1977年出生的她虽然只有38岁,在保姆界算是个年轻人,但带孩子的经验却不少,到现在已经差不多带过几十个孩子。

对于保姆体检,她也持开放态度:家政公司一般会要求我们每年做一次体检,然后拿到健康证后才能去别人的家里带小孩。於大姐说,以前在老家和别的家政公司的时候就没有这个流程,一般雇主也只看她能干些什么活、勤不勤快之类的,对于健康问题也不会多加询问。

跟孙慧琴一样,现在的於克娟每年也都会上医院进行一次体检:抽血、大便培养、X光胸透、内科,肝功能、艾滋病等,每个项目她都会要求医生检查彻底。而对于雇主提出重新检查的要求,她也十分配合。其实一开始是挺反感的,我都检查过了,而且手上还有健康证,干嘛还要我去检查一次?
