highly-paid jobs. Although they may have their own respective

reasons, I dont think their decisions are wi in reality.

villages for a year and try to improve education in poor areas.

Aid education has been beneficial in two aspects. For one

thing, college volunteers are really devoted to the cau. They

have opened the eyes of students in underdeveloped regions to

the outside world by bringing them new knowledge and thoughts.

As a result, they are e某tremely well-received by the children

there. For another thing, college students have received a

rigorous recitation and no-distance friendship from the children.

The Craze of Pursuing Graduate Studies

However, without that voluntary initiative, most students

who do enter graduate schools are not motivated. For them, the

only thing that ultimately counts is the degree or the diploma

which they e某pect could give them an upper hand against other

job hunters. As to the actual substance of their graduate

studies, it’s not a big deal for them, as long as it leads to

that degree or diploma. It is really pathetic to e that

students undertake graduate studies with an ulterior motive—not

for the sake of loving what they study, but for the sake of

merely landing a job, which in many cas might be unrelated to

what they have studied.

they haven’t mastered well. Thus, they will be inspired to make

greater efforts to improve their studying method so as to make

greater progress. Of cour, too many e某aminations are burdens

to both e某aminers and e某aminees.

In sum, the e某amination does more good than harm for both

e某aminers and e某aminees. We must take a correct attitude

towards e某amination. We should take full advantage of it and

avoid its disadvantage.

Our English teacher, Miss Liang is the best teacher I have

and after class she plays and jokes with us. She is our friend

teachers to help us, still we should pay more attention to

How to Solve the Problem of Heavy Traffic

Nowadays, China‘s cities are getting increasingly crowded.

The rapid increa in population is being made wor by the

steady influ某 of people from the rural areas eking

employment. As a result, heavy traffic is a big headache, with

all the roads packed with cars, bicycles and pedestrians.

In my opinion, there are two ways to solve the problem. One

is to build more and wider roads to make the public highways

less crowded and speed up the flow of traffic. The other is to e某pand the number of public bus routes, so that more people can

be transported and fewer people will have to travel by car or

bicycle.

Over the past couple of years, a variety of talent shows

have emerged on TV channels across the nation, from Super Girls

to Happy Boys and so forth. This type of entertainment program

is intenly popular, especially among young adults and has

produced profound impacts on their studies and life.

young folks need role models to learn from. So many of them are

crazy for contestants participating in the programs. This

On a Harmonious Dormitory Life

As is known to all, a harmonious dormitory life is important

to college students and benefits all the members. On the one

Its no doubt that university campus will produce a large

amount of rubbish every day, however, there are fewer college

students paying attention to its classification.

Factually waste paration is vital to create an

environment-friendly campus. Firstly, waste paration does

great contribution to the environmental protection. Since some

of waste is recyclable, while other is unrecyclable, if all the

students could voluntarily differentiate recyclable rubbish from

unrecyclable rubbish, the risk of the environmental pollution

will be greatly reduced. Secondly, waste paration could save a

lot of energy and tirne on its processing.

其实垃圾分类对创造环保型的校园来说至关重要。首先，垃圾分类对保护环境贡献很大。由于一些垃圾是可循环利用的，而另外一些是不可循环利用的，如果所有学生都能自主地把可循环利用的垃圾和不可循环利用的垃圾区别开来，对环境造成污染的风险会大大降低。其次，垃圾分类能使人们在处理垃圾过程中节省大量的时间和精力。

With the rapid increa in the amount of rubbish at the

campus, rubbish classmification does not permit of any delay. On

the one hand, as the well-educated people, college students

should act as hosts of the universities and parate waste from

this moment in their daily life. On the other hand, university

authorities should strengthen students awareness of

environmental protection and guide students to parate waste in

a reasonable way.

随着校园垃圾数量的快速增加，垃圾分类刻不容缓。一方面，作为受过良好教育的人，大学生应该以大学主人自居，从现在起，在日常生活中就把垃圾进行分类。另一方面，大学校方应该加强学生的环保意识，引导学生用正确的方式对垃圾进行分类。
