is fall. Becau fall is cool and windy but isn't too hot and too

cold. I like reader relaxed and happy feeling. The climate is cool

often easier to find work. there are always many choices of public

transport. besides, there are a lot of interesting things to do and

places to e. you can eat in good restaurants, visit muums, go

to cinemas and go to parks whenever you want to relax. however,

living in a city is often very expensive.

you must find a well-paid job, otherwi, you will not be able

to afford the things you will do. what's more, the city is always

crowded, noisy and dirty. it is very difficult to find a good place

where people can enjoy peace and fresh air as in the countryside.

水的作用(The role of water)

Water is very important to us. If you don’t have water for

three days, you will die. We can u water for flowers, swimming,

washing and many different things. We u it to cook, make

electricity, and put out fires and so on. We u millions of liters

of water every day.

Do you know how does the water come to your home? It

travels through water pipes. Some are long and wide but some

are short and narrow. Then the water travels through the water

pipes to the rervoirs. Then it travels through the water pipes to

the river and to the special factories that purify the water. When

the water is purified, we can drink it. Plea don’t leave garbage

in the water on which we line, and keep the water clean.

basketball

My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I

was crazy about tho basketball stars ever since I was little.

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump,

switch, and try to hit! All parts of my body are exercid in this

sport. I feel that I’m like wind flying in the playground for my

goal, which makes me feel so GREat!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance

comes, it may disappear in the next cond. I should keep an eye

watching as an eagle, decide and judge quickly as a leopard, and

run for it as a wolf.

Further more, basketball is a sports more than just exercising,

It needs team work. No one can play himlf. A team should work

together. So I learn to cooperate with others in this game. I

should understand what my teammate doing and what he needs

me to do for him. On the other side, I should learn to show my

teammate what I need. At the same time, I need to keep an eye

on the whole game, knowing how is the situation of our team

and how is the other team. It involved more cooperation and

strategy.

I played basketball more for about 5 years now. I make many

good friends throught this sports. It is proud to win honor for my

team and my school. Also I enjoy all games with my friends.

Basketball will be my best friends in the future and my best

memory about school life.

August, September and October are the months of kites

flying, becau the wind blows north-westwards. During the

months, many Wonderful kites are flying in the blue sky.

One day as the school was over, Qin Bo, my classmate, called

me accompanying him to have kite flying at the big grass field. I

had not been flown kite for a long time. So I promid him at last,

when I reached there at five, I found him waiting for me.

Many boys were flying their kites higher in the sky. They were

excited when they found their kites win another’s. They shouted

with joy and jumped up and down.

Not long after, Qin Bo’s kite was in the sky, but mine was

not. I was so disappointed that I wanted to give up. But I thought

how disgraceful I was. So I asked Qin Bo to exchange the kites.

Oh! His kite was wonderful. It was so light that it flow higher than

the kites of all. He told me why my kite could not fly becau it

was maderoughly; the head was heavy, and the end was light, I

agreed and made up my mind to make a new kne that would fly

high in the sky.
