when we need to say no, here is one method we can try. first,

we should tell the truth. if we really can't do something, we

should just say so. cond, we should remember to refu

requests politely. we must communicate clearly, but must also be

sincere and sympathetic. a true friend will understand. finally, we

must not feel guilty about saying no. sometimes refusing others

is the right thing to do. it can save ourlves, and them, a lot of

trouble. in short, we cannot plea everyone all the time. refusing

In my opinion， money can both benefit people and do harm

to them. On the one hand， we can't deny that money is uful.

We need money to buy food， buy a hou or pay our education

cost. Money can make us live more comfortably. For example，

social activities and receive a good education， thus increasing

our knowledge and developing our skills. On the other hand，

some people try to get money by dishonest means， for example，

they often cheat and gamble， even rob and kill people. Sooner

instance， no matter how much money one hast he can not buy

good health， happiness or friendship， Although money is

uful in many ways，there are still a lot of things that money

can't buy in the world. In addition， money can also do harm to

us. If a person really thinks of money as everything and pays his

attention only to money， he will lo his friends， or even the

the new campus gives me a new start so i have a dream that the

society not only my textbooks or my classmates.

i think college is also a small society where i can improve

Today I’m glad that I’m standing here talking to you all.

As the title given，I am going to talk you about a way of treating

people and things in life. Myspeech here basically includes 2

Undoubtedly， every one of us has stepped into

adolescence， a period of timewhere the most

exciting and mysterious changes take place. Boys，

apparently become moreambitious. Girls， in some ways， start

to dream and become more nsitive aboutthe world. All in all，

as if our emotions become much stronger， somehow

we’realways trapped in circles and struggling against

something that can’t be changedanyway. We complain about

how fragile our friendship is， how little people knowabout us，

how unfair the life is，etc. It ems that every time we fail， we

blameit to the tough conditions we’re in， while never notice a

problem insideourlves， that we’re never satisfied.

Let’s just imagine that there was an old lady. What she es

was herneighbors’ being mean again while not how kind they

were when they took care ofher sick body. What she saw was her

dog’s annoying barking while not how muchloyalty it had

she saw was always so depressing that it

finallyturned her into an unpleasant person. Think about how our

life would be if westand in her shoe.

Why don’t we focus our attention on how much we’ve

already got in stead? Youknow it’s really simple to do as

there’s a tremendous amount of examples. Likethe popular

Jetpack Joy Ride on your Iphone， you can enjoy it whenever you

like，whereas in some poor area people don’t even know such

thing as Iphone.

Actually we should be thankful about the richness we’ve

got， thankful thatwith each sunri taking place we don’t need

to starve to call it a day，thankful that the people we love are still

in health， that we still got much tohold on. As a saying on

website，” The world is tough， but I’m tougher.”

Whatdoesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

Every day is a gift from life， all we need is to accept it，

cherish thelessons life has taught us， so as to achieve our goal

with high spirit. In thisway， someday when we leave the world，
