How To Keep Healthy
Keeping healthy is a more and more popular topic in our
modern society. But what should we do to keep healthy?
Speaking only for mylf, there are some suggestions that i want
to introduce to you. First of all, it’s keeping a positive attitude
of is also the most important one ,i think. No matter what
happens,you should not give nting the difficults

prefer to surf on the Internet rather than take exerci. I strongly
recommend that we should go out for exerci ,such as
jogging,playing badminton and riding . We also can go for a walk
after come on and go out for y, i want to
say that is to go to bed early every ’t stay
people especially our college student prefers to stay
won’t go to bed until 0’clock. It’s really a bad habit. Staying
up is more harmful for our body. It is not only hurt our hepar but
also make us suffer from some mental sickness. For
example,melancholia, stop staying up!
In a word, we should keep a good habit of life. Now let’s
