6. Explain for need of Knowledge Management team, benefits vs. costs.
Knowledge management project is a systematic project; companies need to establish an independent knowledge management, knowledge management from the organization to ensure effective project implementation and progress.
So, in “benefits vs. costs”, I mean it told us the KM team creates benefits and help their organization to reduce cost.
Today's increasingly difficult economic times po the need for cost-effective initiatives such as knowledge management team’s programs and practices.

A typical example would be of an organization such as a manufacturing firm or an academic institution or a government agency which has numerous physical files.
