PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miconductor integrated circuit device with a level shift circuit improving an operation margin at a low voltage by a simple constitution and lowering a power consumption.
神奇糖果SOLUTION: A level-shifted output signal is obtained by connecting drains for cond conductivity type third and fourth MOSFETs, in which sources are supplied with a cond voltage larger than a first voltage level and gates and drains are cross-connected, to the drains for first conductivity type first and cond MOSFETs receiving an input signal at the first voltage level and being complementarily controlled by switches, respectively. Resistance means are fitted among gates and bodies for the first and cond MOSFETs at the same time, a threshold voltage is lowered when the state is changed into an on state, and the threshold voltage is incread when the state is changed into an off state.大背头发型
