Since I was very small, there was a song about Guilin“I want to Guilin, but when I have money, I don’t have time…’’, this is the first impression I have on Guilin, it is so attracting. As the song’s great power, I said to mylf, when I grew up, I must go toGuilin. When I was in high school, I had the chance to visit there, in the summer holiday, my mother asked me to go there with her to visit an old friend. I was so excited, my long dream would come true. I packed my stuff, went to the bus. In the morning, we arrived atGuilin, this was the first time I got so clo to it, I took a deep breath, watching all the things in the street. When I was a primary school student, my family and I took a trip to five cities which were in the south of China.
First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that prerve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.

Maybe you have heard about Shi Lin (stone forests). There are all kinds of strange stones. Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big stones look like handsome men. Other stones look like cats, peafowls, double-edged swords, mice, elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima.
I also went to Li Jiang. The roads in that city are just like the Eight Diagrams. Any road in the city goes to the center of Li Jiang. A river runs through the whole city. If you go along the river, you’ll never get lost. There are many ethnic minority people in Yunnan. They are very cordial. And they all like singing and dancing. We danced with them around the campfire that night. I really had a good time.
