清洁工的工作流程working process of cleaners
（1）公共区域卫生间：public area toilet：
1.准备所有的工具：抹布、胶刮、测具清洁剂、面盆刷、水桶、垃圾袋、厕纸和手纸。
Prepare all the tools：rag，squeegee，toilet cleaner，basin brush,bucket,garbage bag and toilet paper.
2.敲门，以确保里面没有人。
Knock on the door to make sure there’s no one inside.
3.进入卫生间，把所有水龙头的水打开以清除异味，若异味特别大则喷洒空气清新剂。
Enter the bathroom,open all the taps to remove the odor,if the smell is particularly large,spray air freshener.
4.检查所有开关和照明设施。
Check all switches and lighting facilities.
5.倒掉纸篓。捡起地上的纸，补上新的卫生纸。
Empty the basket,pick up the paper on the ground,replace the garbage bags.
6.撤掉卫生架上不足的卫生纸，补上新的卫生纸。
Replace the old toilet paper with the new one.
7.刷面盆，恭桶（night tool），小便池，纸篓，擦拭镜子（一天洗一次）。
Brush the basin,toilet(night tool),urinal,basket,wipe the mirror(once a
day.)
8.擦恭桶，用刷子兑上清洁液与消毒剂去清洁小便池。
Clean the night tool,u the brush with cleaning liquid
9.擦镜框，电灯箱，卫生纸架，隔板，墙面，烘手器，地面，门框，门，闭合器，门上的标识。
Clean the frame,electrical boxes,toilet paper rack,partition metope ,hand dryer,ground，door frame，door，door clor，logo.
10.检查卫生间内所有电器设备是否有损坏，及时上报。
Check all the electrical equipment in the bathroom,if it is report immediately.
11.添加洗手液，厕纸，小垃圾袋。
Add liquid soap,toilet paper,small garbage bags.
12.保持卫生间的安静。
Keep the bathroom clean.
13.清洁洗手间的频率是一小时一次。
The frequency of cleaning the toilet is once an hour.
（2）大堂清洁lobby cleaning
1.检查地拖是否有损坏
Check for damage
2.清洁整个大堂，按顺序推，从里到外，从电推口或前台往大门边侧推，吧推下的垃圾清理干净。
Clean the whole lobby,push forward in order,from inside to outside,from
the elevator or the reception to the side of the front door,clean up the garbage left.
3.擦大门，电镀设备，前台，金箔画，电话线，地角线，墙壁，指示牌，装饰品
Clean the door,electroplating equipment,the reception,the gold foil painting,the phone line,the flooring,walls,signs,decorations.
4.倒掉所有垃圾，若烟灰缸有异味则及时清理
Pour out all trash,if smells,clean the ashtray
5.随时保证大堂内玻璃，铜饰品，地面，地角缝的清洁与卫生Ensure the glass in the lobby,copper decorations,ground,corner clean and hygience at any time

（3）公共区域电梯public area elevator
1.准备工具：干湿抹布各一块，清洁剂
Preparation tools:dry and wet wipes,detergent
2.先检查客运电梯是否正常，镜面是否有裂痕，灯具是否完好，若有损坏，及时上报工程部。
First check whether the elevator is working,whether there is a crack in the mirror,the lamp is intact,if damaged,timely report to the engineering department.
3.若顾客要进入电梯内应使用敬语劝阻顾客。
If the customers want to enter the elevator,stop customers by using honorific language.
4.擦，按顺序从上到下，从大到小去擦拭，擦拭时可用水刮Wipe,from top to bottom,from large to small to wipe in order,squeegee can be ud while wiping.
5.入住时间，用餐时间等客流量较多时及时推出
Be away when it’s check-in time ,meal time and other similar situation.
6.擦拭显示器时要轻，且不要触动警铃装置
Wipe the display gently and do not trigger the alarm device
7.捡地面上的杂物

（4）清洁地毯clean carpet
1.将地毯上的杂物吸干净

2.准备好清洁的机器与药剂
Prepare the cleaning machine and cleaning liquid
3.地毯上的污点做重点清洗，每次清洗的叠盖面为1/3

（5）清洁大理石地面clean marble floor
1.准备机器和药剂，机器分吸尘器与光面打磨机，药剂分清洁剂与防水防酸性药剂
2.先将大理石地面清洁干净，不得留有尘迹，包括水迹绿萝养殖
3.将光亮剂均匀地喷洒至地面
4.用擦地机配磨光垫打磨地面两遍
5.在地面上喷洒药剂，用擦地机配抛光地面四遍，每次抛光重叠0.05cm
6.将遗留的粉末用吸尘器吸净

1.prepare machines and mechine,agents,machines divded into cleaner and smooth grinding machine,cleaning agent water proof agent and acidic reagent.
