witnesd many drastic changes which have been happening since the reform-and-open policy as time proceeds. When it comes to being different and unique, I think that it is Beijing that especially has the most powerful right to declare that there are all kinds of disparities existing in every corner of this city indeed.

4. Ten years ago, as for the construction of the city,Beijing had 4 ring roads
alone, and an area of 14220 hectares.The Beijing municipal government was
sort of an autocrat basically regardless of the opinions of the
mass.Besides,at that time, the index of the economy always stayed
steadily low, and most of the buildings emed not vivid,even rigid.In addition,
due to the lack of efficiency of the system of the transportation, it was an
usual ca that traffic jams could take place if the traffic lights went wrong
without someone taking the lead to solve the problem. To the individuals, no
matter you lived in the urban or the rural, owing to the financial storm which
happened without any alarm in 1998,everyone suffered poverty for a great
long time,and the average income of the mass could hardly meet the daily

5.But now, if you get a bird view of the city of Beijing, you will find out that it has more than 4 ring roads,reaching to 6 or 7,and an area of 16410.hectares. The mayor of Beijing also has become more democratic and will take into cinsideration the information of all sources including the mass if necessary. In the meanwhile, there are various buildings which can impress you with their modern beauty and great enthusiasm, and the economy starts getting better.What’more, the function the system of the transportation is improving significantly day by day so that people could get relieved and have nothing like paralyzed traffic to worry about. Correspondingly, every single citizen is getting better off too. With the continuous development of the society, they have been paid higher, and have such more time and activities to participate in that either watching TV or jogging outside has not been the only-one-choice.

6. Above all, I think the are the greatest differeces between the previous time and the right-now time in Beijing . Just by virtue of the very changes,I believe beijing has become from wor to better and will be one of the biggest cosmopolitans around the world,eventually.
