Step1
Plea answer the following question:
What are the common ways of communication?

Step2
Plea watch a video clip on communication,and then point out the characteristics of effective/ineffective communication.
So from this video,if we want others to get our ideas clearly,we should:
speak clearly,reasonable pace,friendly tone,direct eye contact, rai open-end questions,concentrate your mind,be willing to actively listen to others,don’t make assumptions,be polite and friendly.

Describe how they make phone calls with the help of some key vocabulary.
Let’s firstly read the words together:
眼角下有痣handt dial button hang up hands-free
Then let’s learn them in detail.
1.handt手机；手持机；电话听筒;（电视等的）遥控器;
At that point the phone handt fell to pieces.

2.dial打电话，拨电话号码;
He lifted the phone and dialed her number.
他拿起电话，拨她的号码。
3.out of rvice不在服务
The number you called is out of rvice.
