The accessory (50) compris a first reduced diameter passage (57) with the vacuum bleed hole for partially discharging the vacuum from the intake manifold (17) into the atmosphere in order to limit the peak values o f vacuum applied to the vapor parator (33) by the intake manifold (17). The accessory (50) compris a cond reduced diameter passage (56) rving as a throttle for the flow and for limiting the amount of current which is constituted by the fuel vapor and which goes from the steam parator (33) the intake manifold (17). The accessory (50) limits the amount of fuel vapor supplied from the vapor parator (33) to the intake manifold (17) to the peak values o f the vacuum from the intake manifold (17) during rapid decelerations of the engine, in order to prevent an air / fuel ratio too in the intake manifold (17), which would cau a step approximate idling or stalling. The accessory (50) also solves the warm boot problems. Another modification consists of a one-way check valve (60) allowing fuel flow only in one direction since the vapor parator (33) to the high-pressure fuel injection pump (25).
